If you believe there was a platform error or unauthorised charge, raise a grievance to care.aiduplay@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Cases are reviewed individually; refunds (when granted) are issued to the original payment method minus processing fees.
Campaign Spend
Cancelled campaigns: unused budget returns to your wallet automatically
Impressions already delivered are non-refundable
Completed campaigns are non-refundable
If you believe there was a platform error, contact support within 7 days
Diamonds
Diamonds are earned (not purchased) and cannot be refunded
Diamonds cannot be transferred to other accounts
Diamonds cannot be converted to cash
Rental Purchases
Refund available within 24 hours if content is unplayable or significantly different from description
No refund once you have watched more than 50% of the rented content
No refund after the rental period has expired
