Eligibility

• You can create an account if you are at least 13 years old
• Business accounts can be created by authorized representatives

• You cannot create multiple accounts for the same role
• You cannot use another person's account
• You cannot share your login credentials with others

• By registering, you confirm all information you provide is accurate and current

Accounts & Security

• You can change your password and update your profile at any time
• You can delete your account by contacting support

• You must not share your credentials — you are responsible for all activity on your account
• You must not attempt to access other users' accounts

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

Content Policy

• You can upload content you own or have appropriate licenses for
• You can monetize your content through ad placements

• No illegal material under Indian or Mizoram state law
• No hate speech, violence promotion, or terrorism content
• No pornographic or sexually explicit material
• No content infringing third-party intellectual property
• No spam, malware, phishing, or misleading claims
• No political ads without prior written approval

• AiduPlay may remove prohibited content immediately without notice

Advertiser Terms

• You can run campaigns on a cost-per-view (CPV) or cost-per-impression (CPM) basis
• You can receive anonymized, aggregated audience data for campaign optimization

• Ads must not contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims
• You cannot use audience data to re-identify individuals
• You cannot use platform data for purposes outside your campaign objectives

• AiduPlay reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any ad that violates policies
• All billing is final except in cases of verified platform error

Creator Terms

• You receive the revenue share percentage displayed in your portal agreement
• Revenue is paid monthly by the 15th of the following month

• You must not use artificial means to inflate views or engagement
• You must not upload content you do not own or have rights to

• By uploading, you grant AiduPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and monetize your content
• AiduPlay may withhold payment pending identity verification or fraud investigation
• Minimum threshold applies before payout

Payments & Billing

• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• You can raise billing disputes within 30 days of the statement date

• Wallet top-ups do not attract GST (not a taxable supply)

• GST at 18% is applied at point of consumption — campaigns, rentals, taxable purchases
• Creator payments are subject to TDS deductions as required by Indian tax law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice

Intellectual Property

• Your content remains your property, subject to the license granted to AiduPlay
• You can report IP infringement via legal@aiduplay.com

• You cannot copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform
• You cannot use AiduPlay trademarks or logos without written consent

Termination

• You can terminate your account at any time
• Advertisers: unused prepaid balance refunded within 30 business days
• Creators: earned revenue above minimum threshold paid in next cycle

• AiduPlay may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for Terms violations

• AiduPlay may retain data as required by law following termination
• Processing fees may apply to advertiser refunds

Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Mizoram
• Disputes are subject to a 30-day good-faith negotiation period first
• Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996
• Arbitration proceedings conducted in Aizawl, Mizoram in English
